How quickly can you quote a shipment?
Standard FCL and air quotes go out within four working hours from KL Sentral. Complex multimodal moves — for example sea-air via Dubai — usually need a working day so we can confirm carrier availability.
Do you handle hazardous or restricted cargo?
Yes, for IMDG classes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.1, 8 and 9, and equivalent IATA classes for air. We are not able to handle class 1 explosives or class 7 radioactives. Lithium battery shipments are accepted with current DGD paperwork.
Where are you licensed to clear customs?
Royal Malaysian Customs (JKDM) Forwarding Agent licence covers all entry points in Peninsular Malaysia. We work with vetted local partners for Sabah and Sarawak clearances.
Can I track my shipment without calling?
Yes — every booking comes with a private link to a milestone tracker pulling live data from carrier APIs. You can also subscribe to email or WhatsApp alerts at each milestone.
What payment terms do you offer?
First-time customers prepay against pro forma. Once a credit application is approved, regular shippers move to 14 or 30 day terms in MYR, SGD or USD.
Do you store inventory or only forward it?
Both. Our 4,800 sqm Shah Alam warehouse holds bonded and non-bonded stock, with a small fulfilment crew picking and packing e-commerce orders for clients shipping under 600 parcels per day.
