The facility
Inside the Shah Alam hub.
Our facility sits in Section 22, Shah Alam, fifteen minutes from Port Klang Westports and twenty-five minutes from KLIA Cargo Village. The building is broken into three zones:
- Bonded zone (1,200 sqm): for cargo held under suspension of duty while in transit or awaiting onward export.
- Ambient pallet racking (2,800 sqm): selective racking five levels high, total 4,200 pallet positions.
- Pick & pack mezzanine (800 sqm): 320 small-parts bin locations, three pack stations, returns lane.
Security is 24/7 with CCTV, two-factor staff entry and a registered alarm response service.

Pick, pack & ship
Same-day pick if orders are released before 14:00. Multi-channel labels for Pos Laju, DHL, J&T, Ninja Van and FedEx printed at our pack stations.
Kitting & bundling
Bundle promotional kits, gift sets or repacks. We handle the BOM, the labour and the consumables under a single per-kit rate.
E-commerce integrations
Native connectors to Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Lazada and Shopee. Live stock sync and order status feed back to your dashboards.
Returns processing
Returns are received, inspected, photographed, tagged and either restocked or routed to a clearance lane within 48 hours.
Reporting & cycle counts
Daily inventory file emailed at 07:00 each working day. Cycle counts on a quarterly schedule with full counts available on request.
How pricing works.
We try to keep our warehouse pricing simple: a per-pallet-per-week storage rate, a per-order pick-and-pack rate and a per-line item rate for picks beyond the first. Inbound receipts, returns and kitting are quoted as one-off jobs.
Volume thresholds get you discounted unit rates — for example over 1,200 outbound orders per month, or sustained pallet positions above 200. Talk to us about your volume profile and we will share a fitting price list.
Bonded warehousing
Bonded space is suitable when you want to defer payment of duty and SST until the goods leave the warehouse, or when you intend to re-export. We file the bonded movements, run physical stock reconciliation to JKDM standards and submit quarterly returns on your behalf.
