Air freight from Kuala Lumpur and Penang.

For cargo that needs to land in three days, not three weeks. We hold booked allocation on the major carriers out of KLIA Cargo Village and Penang International, with consolidations every Tuesday and Friday into the main Asia-Pacific hubs.

When air makes sense

Pay for speed only when you really need it.

Air freight is the most expensive mode per kilogram and we will tell you so up front. It earns its place when transit time, perishability or product value tips the maths in its favour — for example, pharmaceuticals shipped from Bayan Lepas, fashion samples bound for European buyers, or replacement parts for a halted production line.

If your cargo can wait, our sea-air or pure sea options usually land 30 to 60 percent cheaper. We will price both and let you choose.

Service tiers

Three air freight tiers to suit your urgency.

Express

Door-to-door express

Premium service on next available flight, typically 24-72 hours port to port. Used for AOG (aircraft-on-ground) parts, medical samples and live launches.

Standard

Consolidated air

Shared master airway bill on our twice-weekly consolidations. The most cost-efficient way to ship between 50 kg and 1,000 kg in chargeable weight.

Project

Charter and part-charter

Booked through our charter partners for outsize, restricted or repeat oil-and-gas projects. We arrange permits, ground handling and security.

What you'll need to give us

Information that lets us quote on the same day.

An accurate air freight quote rests on five numbers. If you can send these in one email, we can usually quote within four working hours:

  • Origin and destination: the airport pair plus pickup and delivery addresses if door service is needed.
  • Chargeable weight: the greater of actual gross weight (kg) and volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm / 6000).
  • Commodity: a clean HS code or product description. We need this to check carrier acceptance.
  • Required transit: the date the cargo needs to land or be delivered.
  • Incoterm: typically EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF or DAP. If you're not sure we will help you pick the right one.

Hazardous and restricted goods

We carry IATA DGR certified handlers on every air shipment. Lithium batteries, dry ice, perfumes, paints and most class 9 goods move regularly through our consolidations. Class 1 explosives, class 7 radioactives and certain biological materials are outside our acceptance scope — we will tell you within an hour if your cargo is one of these.

Send the five numbers, get a quote.

Or call our air desk on +60 3-7890 1234 — whichever is faster for you.
