We started Kindaroo Logistics in 2017 because we kept watching good cargo get bogged down in big-company process. Eight years on, we run lean enough to answer fast and big enough to clear cargo at every Peninsular port.

How we started

Three forwarders, one shared frustration.

Hafiz, Edmund and Rachel had spent fifteen years between them at multinational forwarders moving cargo through Port Klang. By 2017 they had a shared complaint: too many shipments were stuck waiting for an answer that should have taken five minutes.

They opened Kindaroo Logistics in a single-room office in KL Sentral with one truck on contract and a clear rule — every email gets a real reply within the working day. The team has grown but the rule hasn't moved.

Every quote shows freight, handling, duties and our margin as separate line items. You see exactly what you're paying for.

A real human picks up between 8 and 8 on working days, and we run a four-hour reply guarantee on the weekends too.

Invest in people first

We train coordinators in-house for nine months before they handle live accounts. Software amplifies that — it doesn't replace it.

We hold the Royal Malaysian Customs Forwarding Agent licence for Peninsular Malaysia, are a Malaysian National Shippers' Council member, and run an SST-registered bonded warehouse in Shah Alam. Internationally, we operate as a FIATA agent through our network partners in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines.
